- Clear Responsibility Principle: The Website’s operation team assumes the main responsibility for anti-money laundering and anti-fraud compliance work, and is responsible for the formulation, update, implementation and employee training of this Policy; users shall strictly abide by this Policy and relevant laws and regulations, and standardize the use of recharge services. - Coordination and Cooperation Principle: The Website has established a compliance coordination mechanism with third-party payment institutions, shares necessary risk information (excluding users’ private and sensitive data), jointly prevents cross-link money laundering and fraud activities, and ensures that the capital flow, transaction flow and information flow are traceable and verifiable.
II. Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Measures
(I) User Identification and Verification (KYC)
To prevent money laundering risks caused by anonymous or fake-name recharges, the Website strictly implements the user identification system, with specific measures as follows:
- Registered users are required to provide true, accurate and complete identity information, including but not limited to name, contact information, registration email, and valid identity documents such as ID card/passport. The Website will verify the authenticity of the information and refuse to provide recharge services to users with incomplete or false identity information.
- For users with large-value recharges, high-frequency recharges or abnormal behaviors, the Website has the right to require users to supplement and submit identity verification materials (such as photos of the front and back of the identity document, photos of holding the identity document, proof of fund source, etc.) to further verify the user’s identity and the legality of funds, and users are required to actively cooperate; if the user refuses to cooperate, the Website has the right to suspend or terminate its recharge services until the risk is eliminated.
- The Website strictly encrypts and properly stores users’ identity information in accordance with regulatory requirements and the provisions of third-party payment institutions, which is only used for anti-money laundering compliance verification and shall not be disclosed, sold or illegally provided to third parties, complying with the requirements of user data protection laws and regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
(II) Transaction Monitoring and Abnormal Disposal
The Website has established a transaction monitoring system, which combines the risk control capabilities of third-party payment institutions to conduct real-time monitoring of all game recharge transactions, focusing on identifying the following abnormal transaction behaviors (including but not limited to):
- A single recharge amount is too large, frequent large-value recharges are conducted in a short period of time, which is obviously inconsistent with the user’s daily game consumption habits;
- The same IP address, the same device, or the same payment account frequently switches user accounts for recharges, or multiple user accounts use the same payment account for recharges;
- Applying for a full refund immediately after recharge, or conducting multiple recharges and multiple refunds in a short period of time with abnormal transaction behaviors;
- For cross-border recharges, the region of fund source and the user’s registration region are inconsistent with the game operation region, and no reasonable explanation can be provided;
- Evading the verification requirements for large-value recharges by splitting multiple small-value recharges to complete large-value fund transfers;
- The source of recharge funds is unknown, or the user cannot explain the legality of the funds.
For the abnormal transactions detected, the Website will take the following disposal measures:
- Suspend the relevant recharge transactions and verify the transaction behaviors;
- Notify the user to supplement and submit supporting materials for the rationality of the transaction and the legality of the funds;
- If it is verified that the transaction is suspected of money laundering, immediately terminate the relevant services, freeze the involved transaction funds (if necessary), and timely report the Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) to the local financial regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies in accordance with regulatory requirements and the agreement of third-party payment institutions;
- Retain records related to abnormal transactions, including transaction time, amount, payment account, IP address, device information, etc., for a retention period that meets regulatory requirements (not less than 5 years).
(III) Virtual Asset and Fund Management
- The Website clearly stipulates that virtual assets such as virtual currency and game points purchased through game recharges can only be used for in-game consumption supported by the Website, and cannot be withdrawn, converted into legal tender, or transferred to other third parties, so as to prevent virtual assets from being used as money laundering tools.
- The Website strictly standardizes the fund flow process in accordance with the fund management requirements of third-party payment institutions, ensures that the recharge funds are used exclusively for their intended purposes, and shall not misappropriate, occupy or borrow users’ recharge funds to ensure fund safety.
- The Website regularly reconciles the users’ recharge fund flow and virtual asset issuance records to ensure that the fund flow is consistent with the transaction flow, forming a complete closed loop of accounting compliance.

- Stealing others’ accounts and payment accounts to recharge through the Website and transfer stolen funds;
