Terms of Service 服务条款

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of the game recharge and related digital services provided by FLASHMUNK (hereinafter referred to as "we/this Website"), which is operated by BLITZPIXEL DIGITAL LIMITED.

1) Service Description (What we provide & delivery)

  • We sell game recharge / top-up and related digital services (e.g., credits, points, virtual items, or service-based delivery depending on the product page).
  • Delivery is usually completed by crediting the specified game account (and region/server) or by other methods described on the order page.
  • You must provide correct information (game ID, server/region, contact email, etc.). Wrong information may result in failed delivery or irreversible delivery.

2) User Eligibility / Account Rules / Minors

  • You should have the legal capacity to place orders in your region. If you are a minor, you must obtain guardian consent and supervision.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share passwords, codes, or payment credentials.
  • We may ask you to verify ownership of an account or order to protect you and prevent abuse.

3) Ordering, Payment, Pricing, Currency, Taxes (if any)

  • Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Currency is based on the checkout display.
  • Promotions, discounts, and fees (if any) are described on the page or at checkout.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your region and the payment channel. If applicable, it will be shown during checkout or included in the paid amount.

4) Delivery Failure / Exceptions Handling

  • If delivery fails due to system/network/channel issues, we will try to re-deliver or provide a reasonable solution.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by you, we may not be able to reverse or refund once delivery is completed to the wrong account/server.
  • For suspected abnormal orders, we may place the order on hold for verification.

5) Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Website for illegal or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, stolen cards, unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, or identity impersonation.
  • Unauthorized third-party “top-up agency”, account lending for top-up, or any suspicious “proxy recharge” activity.
  • Money laundering, attempting to disguise fund sources, or using the service to move illicit funds.
  • Refund abuse, repeated refund requests after successful delivery, or malicious disputes.

6) Risk Control & KYC Rights (AML / anti-fraud)

  • To keep the platform safe, we may apply risk controls such as verification, order review, or limits on certain transactions.
  • For large-value, high-frequency, or suspicious transactions, we may request identity verification or supporting documents (KYC).

7) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • We provide services on an “as-is” basis within reasonable operational limits.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by user mistakes (wrong account/server), third-party game operator issues, or factors outside our control (e.g., network outages).
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a specific order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8) Account Suspension / Termination

  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, illegal activity, abuse, or serious violation of these Terms.
  • In such cases, we may also cancel orders, hold delivery, or coordinate with payment channels as needed.

9) Dispute Resolution / Governing Law / Jurisdiction

  • We encourage you to contact support first so we can try to resolve issues quickly.
  • Applicable law and jurisdiction may depend on your region and the contracting entity shown on the Website. We will handle disputes in a reasonable and compliant manner.

4)交付失败 / 异常处理

  • 若因你填写信息错误导致充值到错误账号/区服,且交付已完成,通常无法撤销或退款。
  • 如订单存在异常风险特征,我们可能暂缓交付并进行核查。

5)禁止行为

  • 欺诈、盗刷、未授权支付、恶意拒付/争议、冒用身份等。
  • 未经授权的第三方代充、出借账号给他人代充、或任何可疑“代充/跑分”行为。

  • 滥用退款、在已成功到账后反复申请退款/纠纷、恶意投诉等。

6)风控与 KYC 权利(AML / 反诈骗)

  • 对于大额、高频或存在异常的交易,我们可能要求补充身份验证或相关证明材料(KYC)。

7)责任限制与免责声明

  • 在法律允许的范围内,我们对单笔订单的责任通常以该订单实际支付金额为上限。

8)账号暂停 / 终止

  • 如我们合理怀疑存在欺诈、违法、滥用或严重违反本条款的情况,我们可暂停、限制或终止你的使用权限。
  • 在必要时,我们可能取消订单、暂缓交付,并与支付渠道配合处理。

9)争议解决 / 适用法律 / 管辖

  • 建议你先通过客服联系我们,我们会优先尝试协商解决。
  • 适用法律与管辖可能与用户所在地区、以及网站展示的签约主体有关,我们会以合规、合理方式处理争议。
