为向您提供、优化平台服务及保障交易安全，我们会在必要范围内收集您的个人信息。我们仅收集实现服务目的所必需的信息，不主动收集无关信息。
当您注册平台账户时，我们可能收集您提供的以下信息：用户名、电子邮箱、手机号码、密码（加密存储）、身份验证相关信息（如适用，根据相关法律法规要求）。如您选择使用第三方账户（如社交媒体账户）登录，我们将获取您授权提供的该第三方账户相关信息（如账户昵称、头像），具体信息以第三方授权页面为准。
当您通过平台进行交易时，我们会收集与交易相关的信息，包括但不限于：订单信息（商品名称、数量、价格、订单编号）、付款信息（付款方式、交易流水号，我们不直接存储完整银行卡号等敏感支付信息，相关信息由合作的支付服务商处理并存储）、收货/交付信息（如实体商品的收货地址、收件人、联系电话；数字商品的接收账号、邮箱等）、交易时间。
当您访问或使用平台时，我们可能通过Cookie、日志等技术自动收集以下信息：设备信息（设备型号、操作系统版本、设备唯一标识、IP地址、浏览器类型及版本）、访问信息（访问时间、访问页面、停留时长、点击记录、搜索记录）、服务使用记录（商品浏览记录、收藏记录、交易历史记录）。
我们收集的个人信息将用于以下目的，如超出以下目的使用，我们将另行获得您的明确同意：
为您提供平台核心服务：包括账户管理、商品展示、订单处理、支付结算、商品交付、交易售后等；
保障交易安全与平台运营安全：识别和防范欺诈、盗用等风险，验证用户身份，维护平台正常运营秩序；
优化平台服务与用户体验：根据您的使用行为分析用户需求，改进平台功能与界面设计，为您提供个性化的商品推荐、营销活动通知等；
处理您的咨询、投诉与反馈：回应您的需求，解决您在使用平台过程中遇到的问题；
遵守法律法规及履行法定义务：如配合监管部门调查、履行反洗钱、反恐怖融资等义务；
其他经您明确同意的用途。
存储地点：我们将您的个人信息存储在马来西亚境内的服务器，如因业务需要向境外传输，我们将严格遵守相关法律法规要求，确保信息传输安全并获得必要的授权；
存储期限：我们将在实现本政策所述使用目的所必需的最短期限内存储您的个人信息，超出存储期限后，我们将依法对个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理，法律法规另有规定的除外；
存储安全：我们采用符合行业标准的安全技术和措施（如加密存储、访问权限控制、安全审计等），保护您的个人信息免受未授权访问、使用、泄露、篡改或损坏。
我们承诺严格保护您的个人信息，不会随意向第三方披露，仅在以下情况下，才会披露您的个人信息：

删除权：在符合法律法规规定的情况下，您有权向我们申请删除您的个人信息（如实现服务目的后、您注销账户等）；
撤回同意权：您有权撤回对个人信息使用的同意（如营销信息推送），但撤回同意可能影响部分服务的使用；
账户注销权：您有权申请注销您的平台账户，账户注销后，我们将依法处理您的个人信息；

本政策是平台服务条款的重要组成部分，与平台使用条款、销售条款等其他规则具有同等法律效力。如本政策与相关法律法规存在冲突，以法律法规为准；如与平台其他规则存在冲突，以本政策为准。

Please carefully read and fully understand this Policy before accessing or using our Platform and services. If you disagree with any content of this Policy, please do not access or use our Platform and services; if you choose to continue accessing or using, it means you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Policy. We may revise this Policy from time to time in accordance with business development or updates to laws and regulations. The revised Policy will be publicly posted in a prominent position on the Platform and will take effect after the posting. If you continue to use the Platform and services, it means you accept the revised Policy.
To provide you with and optimize Platform services and ensure transaction security, we will collect your personal information within the necessary scope. We only collect information necessary to achieve the purpose of the services and do not actively collect irrelevant information.
When you register a Platform account, we may collect the following information provided by you: username, email address, mobile phone number, password (stored in encrypted form), and identity verification-related information (if applicable, in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations). If you choose to log in using a third-party account (such as a social media account), we will obtain the relevant information of the third-party account authorized by you (such as account nickname, avatar), and the specific information shall be subject to the third-party authorization page.
When you conduct transactions through the Platform, we will collect transaction-related information, including but not limited to: order information (product name, quantity, price, order number), payment information (payment method, transaction serial number; we do not directly store sensitive payment information such as complete bank card numbers, which are processed and stored by cooperating payment service providers), delivery/receipt information (such as shipping address, recipient, contact phone number for physical products; receiving account, email, etc. for digital products), and transaction time.
When you access or use the Platform, we may automatically collect the following information through technologies such as Cookies and logs: device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, IP address, browser type and version), access information (access time, visited pages, stay duration, click records, search records), and service usage records (product browsing records, collection records, transaction history records).
The personal information we collect will be used for the following purposes. If it is used beyond the following purposes, we will obtain your explicit consent separately:
To provide you with core Platform services: including account management, product display, order processing, payment and settlement, product delivery, transaction after-sales service, etc.;
To ensure transaction security and Platform operation security: identify and prevent risks such as fraud and theft, verify user identity, and maintain the normal operation order of the Platform;
To optimize Platform services and user experience: analyze user needs based on your usage behavior, improve Platform functions and interface design, and provide you with personalized product recommendations, marketing activity notifications, etc.;
To handle your consultations, complaints and feedback: respond to your needs and solve problems you encounter in using the Platform;
To comply with laws and regulations and fulfill legal obligations: such as cooperating with regulatory investigations, fulfilling anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and other obligations;
Other purposes explicitly agreed by you.
Storage Location: We store your personal information on servers located in Malaysia. If cross-border transmission is required for business needs, we will strictly comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations to ensure the security of information transmission and obtain necessary authorization;
Storage Period: We will store your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy. After the storage period expires, we will delete or anonymize the personal information in accordance with the law, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations;
Storage Security: We adopt industry-standard security technologies and measures (such as encrypted storage, access permission control, security audit, etc.) to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, tampering or damage.
We are committed to strictly protecting your personal information and will not arbitrarily disclose it to third parties. We will only disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
Obtain your explicit consent or authorization;
Disclose to cooperating third-party service providers to fulfill Platform services and complete transactions (such as payment service providers, logistics service providers, game publishers, etc.). We will require third parties to strictly abide by confidentiality obligations and only use the information for the purpose of providing services;
Comply with laws and regulations and the requirements of judicial and administrative authorities: such as disclosure in accordance with court judgments, rulings, regulatory instructions, etc.;
Disclose within a reasonable and necessary scope to protect our legitimate rights and interests, Platform security or the legitimate rights and interests of other users (such as preventing fraudulent acts, responding to security incidents, etc.);
Disclose anonymized or de-identified information: such information cannot identify you, is not personal information, and we can use and disclose it freely.
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you have the following rights to your personal information, and we will provide necessary support for you to exercise your rights:
Right of Access and Inquiry: You have the right to log in to your Platform account to view or inquire about your personal information (such as account information, transaction records, etc.);
Right of Correction: If you find that your personal information is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to apply to us for correction;
Right of Deletion: Under the circumstances specified by laws and regulations, you have the right to apply to us for the deletion of your personal information (such as after the purpose of the service is achieved, when you cancel your account, etc.);
Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of personal information (such as marketing information push), but withdrawing consent may affect the use of some services;
Right to Cancel Account: You have the right to apply to cancel your Platform account. After the account is canceled, we will handle your personal information in accordance with the law;
Right of Complaint and Report: If you believe that our personal information processing activities have infringed your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to complain and report to us or regulatory authorities.
If you need to exercise the above rights, you can contact us through the contact information at the end of this Policy, and we will verify and respond to your request within a reasonable time limit.
The Platform may contain links to third-party services (such as third-party payment links, game developer links, social media sharing links, etc.) or integrate third-party service components (such as payment plug-ins, statistical tools, etc.). The privacy policies of third-party services are formulated by themselves and have nothing to do with us. We are not responsible for the collection and use of your personal information by third parties. We recommend that you carefully read the privacy policy of the third party before using the third-party services.
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' information. If you are a minor (under the legal age of adulthood), you should read this Policy accompanied by your parents or legal guardians, and can only register and use the Platform services after obtaining the explicit consent of your parents or legal guardians. If we accidentally collect personal information of minors, we will immediately stop collecting and delete the relevant information in accordance with the law.
To optimize the Platform usage experience and realize personalized services, we may use Cookie technology. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that can help us identify your device and record your usage preferences. You can refuse or delete Cookies through browser settings, but this may cause some Platform functions to not work properly.

This Policy is an important part of the Platform service terms and has the same legal effect as other rules such as the Platform Terms of Use and Terms of Sale. If there is any conflict between this Policy and relevant laws and regulations, the laws and regulations shall prevail; if there is any conflict between this Policy and other Platform rules, this Policy shall prevail.
